I walked into Gateway Bridal and was blown away. I've never seen such a beautiful bridal store. The dresses are gorgeous! Great selection. They made it hard for me to choose, because there were so many amazing gowns. Everyone was so nice. Thank you Gateway Bridal!

When I got to Gateway Bridal I was greeted with a smile as I explained my predicament. Your associate gave me some options, helpful hints, and the freedom to browse the racks of beautiful dresses. I had few questions and was somewhat anxious about whether or not I was going to be able to even make it to the event that night. However, my questions were answered and my nerves calmed with her reassuring smile.

Each time I turned around with a dress that I was interested in trying, she was there to take it from me so I could continue my semi-frantic search through the racks. Once I was ready and there was a good pile of dresses waiting for me, she showed me to the dressing room. She came back to check on me periodically and offered her assistance with anything I needed. Once I was done, I had to narrow it down, and again, Rachel was right there to help me. She checked in the back several times for dresses in different colors, and different sizes. Each time, she was prompt, friendly, and more than helpful. She even looked into why a certain dress was marked down in one color and not another, and she made sure that I was given the lower price for the one in the color that I wanted. After my purchase, she steamed the dress and I was out the door. This time, I was the one wearing the smile.

When I arrived at Gateway Bridal, I had a list of 7 other stores to stop at thinking that I wouldn’t be able to find a dress at the first place I went to. It was nice to throw that list away and move to the list of my other obligations for day. Needless to say, I got everything done and had plenty of time to get ready for the evening. I looked beautiful and felt great. I can only imagine the frustrations I most likely would have ran into had I gone to another store first. I am so thankful that I didn’t make that mistake!

Not only was I impressed with the quality and designs of the dresses, and that you had a large selection of modest dresses to choose from, but what really made my day was the serve that I received from Rachel.

Next time I am in need of a formal dress, the only one on my list of places to go will be Gateway Bridal.
